To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days!
COMBING SHIPPING RATE
We do offer combing shipping to customer, the rate depends your location and the weight of each additional item. For domestic customer (inside USA) each light weight item(such as CCFL, Inverter , cable etc. about 1-2 oz ) shipping will add 0.5$, and for each medium weight item(such as LCD screen, power board, etc. about 1LB) will add $5 to the total shipping cost. For International customer (outside USA) each additional light weight item(such as CCFL, Inverter , cable etc. about 1-2 oz ) shipping will add 1$, and for each additional medium weight item(such as LCD screen, power board, etc. about 1LB) will add $8 to the total shipping cost.
Domestic 50 states (Inside USA) Shipping cost start with $3.99 and International (Outside USA) shipping cost start with $9.99.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM CST, it will be shipped to you the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout. Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.
Domestic standard shipments are shipped with USPS First Class Mail and usually reach their destination in 3-7 business days, but occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays.
Expedited shipments are shipped with USPS Priority Mail and usually reach their destination in 2-3 business days, but can occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays.
International orders can take between 1 and 6 weeks for delivery. Note, there is no tracking movement after the order leaves the US. International shipping normally takes 7-21 working days. In cases where Customs Inspection processing is slow, delivery can take up to 7 weeks.
Handing timeline : Orders received after 11am Pacific Time require +1 day to process. Orders received on Friday after 11am may not ship until the following Monday.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept return of the merchandise purchased from our web site at EoutletsDirect.com within 30 days of purchase. If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information. If your EoutletsDirect product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Please note: EoutletsDirect offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund all shipping fees.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If you wish to return a EoutletsDirect product purchased from our web site at EoutletsDirect.com , please contact us at support@EoutletsDirect.com. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return. Please use the original packaging, if possible Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package. For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.

WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund. We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping charges, cannot be refunded.
